  • Text module management (expert opinions) 
    • Record, change, group in the text master data area for:
      • the preparation of expert opinions (pre- and post-texts)
    • Text modules can be combined to form text module combinations.
    • The text module collection recommended by the BVSK is included in the scope of delivery for BVSK members, if required.
    • Text modules are linked by field function with order, address, vehicle and result data.
    • Texts for any number of conditions can be automatically integrated for the preparation of expert opinions.
    • Text modules can also be included and supplemented in cover letters, invoices, reminders and other documents.

 

  • Document templates (expert opinions)
    • Layout for standard expert opinion compilation (cover sheet, vehicle data, pre-texts, calculation, post-texts and photo attachment) and
    • Standard layouts are immediately ready for use once the office address has been entered.
    • Individual layouts (e.g. integration of company stationery) can be created based on customer requirements.

 

  • Legally binding, electronic signature
    • Legally-binding signing of expert opinion documents on tablet or smartphone
    • Prepared with the document template for the declaration of assignment
    • GDPR and eIDAS compliant
    • TÜV certification

 

  • Dispatch options 
    • Email (automatic text generation for email subject and text)
    • Connect Portal (secure email dispatch via PIN/TAN procedure as well)
    • Calculation submission via myclaim to workshops with SD2 or SD3
    • Dispatch by damage network (GDV, myclaim etc.)
    • inSign – request for electronic signature of a document to customer/client

 

  • User management
    • Completely administered by the SV office
    • Creation of any number of users with complete contact data and additional information, email invitation to new users
    • User function: Define password, “Forgot password / Reset password”.

 

  • User authorization
    • Definition of roles (professional admin, application admin, expert, accounting, etc.)
    • Assignment of program authorizations to the respective role.
    • Assignment of one or more roles to the user
    • Activation of temporary access rights for support assistance
